Thanks, I wasn't aware that the 100hr is required for public schools. 100hr TEFL, 1 year experience, or teaching/english related degree bumps you into a grade 2 pay. It's an extra 100,000w a month. Also, due to EPIK growing in popularity in tandem with cutbacks, they only hire grade 2 and 1 now.
